DDB Employee Engagement
During my time at DDB Germany, I was tasked with designing a series of illustrations for internal communications to support key employee engagement initiatives.
The first series was created for the Walk&Talk program, designed to encourage social engagement and reconnect employees post-COVID through peer-to-peer meetings. For this series, I embedded the illustrations within the DDB logo, using it as a canvas to bring the concept to life. Attendees received a branded lunch bag featuring these Walk&Talk illustrations, adding a creative and personal touch to the event.
The second series also utilized the DDB logo as a canvas, this time for a sustainability and employee health initiative. The illustrations promoted a healthy lifestyle and eco-friendly practices, aligning with the company’s commitment to employee well-being and environmental responsibility.
Both projects allowed me to create visuals that not only reflected the company’s values but also fostered a deeper connection and sense of community among employees.
