Nef is a leading real estate developer in Turkey, renowned for its innovative residential and commercial projects that focus on lifestyle-oriented communities.

In 2017, for the Nef Bahçelievler project, I created an engaging and responsive landing page that allows prospective buyers to explore the sample apartment’s rooms and shared spaces. The page also provides essential project details, including location and available units, all presented through a user-friendly, visually immersive design. The goal was to deliver a seamless, informative experience that helps users visualize their future home with Nef.

CHALLENGE: 

The primary challenge was to create a responsive digital experience that mirrors the elegance and functionality of the physical housing project. The goal was to design a user-friendly interface that allows users to explore detailed content, including apartment layouts and communal spaces, while maintaining a visually appealing and cohesive design across all devices.

SOLUTION & MY ROLE: 

I designed a responsive landing page that showcases the sample apartment and shared spaces with high-quality visuals and immersive elements. A key feature was the fixed "quick reach-out" box, allowing users to easily send inquiries, enhancing engagement and support. My role included designing the layout, ensuring a seamless user experience, and organizing content for easy navigation across all sections.

Given the importance of location and transportation in Istanbul's heavy traffic, the 'Location' section follows the 'About the Project' section to highlight key accessibility features.

SECTION 03 "Galleries"

This section showcases images of key rooms from each of the four apartment types in the residential project.
