Workation Interview: Squake

In 2023, I worked with Lufthansa Group on their “Workation” campaign, where I played a key role in producing a video that highlighted the evolving work-life balance in the context of remote work. The video features an interview with Dan Kreibich, Chief Product Officer of SQUAKE, and explores how the future of work is being shaped by flexible working models. I was responsible for setting up the in-house studio, shooting the entire film, and overseeing post-production, ensuring the final product aligned with the campaign’s vision.

One of the major challenges was the tight shooting schedule, as we had just one day to capture all of the footage. This required careful preparation to maximize the available time while ensuring the production quality remained high. In addition to the time constraint, the project also required creating multiple versions of the video to suit different social media platforms, which added another layer of complexity in terms of content adaptation and optimization.

To overcome the time limitations, I meticulously planned every aspect of the shoot, from studio setup to lighting and camera work, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow on the day of filming. I was responsible for shooting the entire interview and capturing the visual elements needed to convey the campaign’s message. Following the shoot, I led the post-production process, which included editing, motion design, and formatting the video for various social media channels. My role spanned the full production pipeline, ensuring the video was polished, engaging, and optimized for the diverse requirements of the campaign.
