This collection represents a six-year creative partnership with Lufthansa and Lufthansa Group, focusing on high-impact dialogue design and preflight service communication. Across print, motion, and illustration, I developed a unified visual language to streamline the passenger journey and enhance engagement for various global products and corporate programs.

Key Contributions

• Multi-Channel Dialogue Design: Orchestrated the art direction and layout for diverse B2C and B2B touchpoints, including global advertorials for student programs, personalized loyalty assets, and seasonal campaign collateral.
• Preflight Service Experience: Designed explanatory 2D animations and kinetic typography to simplify complex airport processes—such as self-baggage drop and digital chat assistants—ensuring a seamless start to the traveler’s journey.
• Systematic Illustration Library: Developed a minimalist, flat-style illustration system used across airport digital walls, social media, and infographics to communicate ground services with technical clarity and brand consistency.
• Brand Identity Stewardship: Expertly managed and adapted the distinct corporate identities of Lufthansa and Lufthansa Group, ensuring visual cohesion between customer-facing services and strategic group-level communications.
