As Creative Lead for Lufthansa’s newsletter team, I led the strategic redesign and optimization of the global newsletter ecosystem. The project focused on restructuring the communication into three strategic pillars—Inspiration, Activation, and Brand & Product—to enhance user engagement, streamline navigation, and ensure a premium brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
